        Order Processing

        All orders are custom-made and go into production only after the design is confirmed.

        • Processing time: 3–4 working days after design approval
        • Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made

        Delivery Timeline

        Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days across India after dispatch

        Shipping Charges

        • Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹999
        • Free shipping on orders above ₹999

        Order Tracking

        Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once your order is shipped, so you can easily track your order.

        Important Information

        • All products are made-to-order and fully personalized, hence Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
        • In case of an address change, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
        • Please ensure all address details are accurate while placing your order, as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information
