No Returns or Exchanges

As all our products are made-to-order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order OR before design approval (whichever is earlier)
Once the design is approved or the 12-hour window has passed, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled or modified

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take utmost care in quality and packaging. However, in rare cases:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery
Kindly share clear images and an unboxing video for verification
Once approved, we will offer a replacement (no refunds)

No Warranty or Guarantee

All our products are handcrafted and customized. Therefore:

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee
Slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur

Handmade Nature of Products

Since each product is handmade and personalized:

Minor imperfections such as small scratches, slight uneven textures, or finishing variations may occur
These are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects
This is especially applicable to delicate elements like ribbons and decorative details

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and processed.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled from our end.
